The Story
A Hollywood Beach original, brought back unit by unit.
The Marlin first opened decades ago, one of the small art-deco properties that gave this stretch of Hollywood Beach its character. Then it sat quiet for years.
New ownership took it back to the studs in 2023: new electrical, new plumbing, new kitchens, two full years of work behind the walls, while the building kept its original curved balconies and 1950s lines out front.
Eleven units came out of it. Each one independent, each with its own entrance, most with a private balcony facing the water. Same building. Finally treated the way it deserved.
Our Rooms
Eleven units. No two guests need the same one.
Studios and one-bedrooms, sleeping 2 to 6 depending on layout. Every unit has its own entrance and a full kitchen.
